Hotel Asterisk Amsterdam breathes a very friendly atmosphere and is situated in a 19th century building that has expanded over several premises throughout the years. There are different rooms available for every budget due to the original construction of the premises. Numerous interesting sights, such as the 'Rembrandtplein', 'Museumplein' and the 'Albert Cuyp' market are all within walking distance. The hotel is also easy to reach by tram and bus, so you can easily travel in any direction. The hotel offers excellent service. The staff will gladly inform you about special events, museums or restaurants that are nearby. If you explore Amsterdam by bicycle, which is very convenient, you can safely park your two-wheeler in the inner courtyard of the hotel. But motorcyclists are also looked after. There are a few anchors in the wall that can be used to secure your bike. All rooms are equipped with a television, phone and safe. The 'basic' rooms have a shower and toilet in the hallway, while all other rooms are equipped with a private bathroom. Hair dryers and electric kettles are available on request at the reception. The continental breakfast is served from 07:30 to 09:30 h. in the cosy breakfast room. For every (part of an) hour the hotel has to stay open after 22.00 hrs, the hotel will charge an additional EUR 8 per hour.
