Xaviera Hollander presents to you her own “HAPPY HOUSE” - open for bookings as an incredible and lush "Bed & Breakfast" for your relaxation, luxury and pampering desires! Your hostess, Xaviera Hollander, renowned author, Penthouse columnist, legend, performer, raconteur, theatrical entrepreneur, Xaviera herself will entertain you as a guest in her own inimitable style. Xaviera’s talent lays in communication, and she still does it like no one else. In addition her home is available for business seminars, dinner / cocktail parties and intimate soirées. The bedrooms located on the first floor are handicap accessible with a chair lift. Wireless internet is available throughout the house. Pets are welcome, upon request (Fee: Euros 10. per day). Amsterdam Tourist Tax is 5% additional. Xaviera is very animal friendly, and owns a few small nice dogs and cats. Not to worry, they don't come into the bedrooms; if you're hyper allergic to dogs or cats you should know and bring your anti-allergy medications.
